Refunds & Cancellations

This page explains when you can get your money back for the Lingopundit Classroom and Live Practice, and how to ask for it.
The Classroom
You can get a full refund within 7 days of the day your Classroom access starts, no questions asked. Just email us within those 7 days; you don't need to give a reason.
- If you buy before your level opens, your access starts on the opening day: A1 and A2 on 12 October 2026, B1 on 1 November 2026. The 7 days count from that day.
- If you buy after your level has opened, your access starts on the day you buy, and the 7 days count from then.
When the Classroom is refunded, your Classroom access ends.
If you give up the money-back guarantee early to open every lesson (see the Terms), that purchase can no longer be refunded.
Live Practice
Live Practice is not refundable once you have bought it. Your seat in a small group is held for you from the moment you pay, and we cannot fill it again once the batch has started.
If you miss a live class, we are sorry you missed it, but it cannot be refunded or moved to another batch.
Classroom and Live Practice bought together
If you bought both together, the Classroom part can be refunded within the same 7 days. Because the ₹3,000 saving came from buying both, the refund is the combined price minus the Live Practice price. Your Live Practice continues as normal.

One-to-one coaching
One-to-one coaching sessions and packs are not refundable once you have paid, and they cannot be passed on to another person. The time is set aside for you alone.
A session cancelled less than 4 hours before it starts, or missed, is forfeited. The ₹500 consultation fee is not refundable either; if you book one-to-one coaching, it is taken off your first payment. The full rules are in the Terms.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@lingopundit.com from the email address you enrolled with, and include your order number (it is in your confirmation email, for example LP-5001). If you are logged in, you can also use the Help button at the top of any Classroom page.
Once your refund is approved, it goes back to the payment method you used, through our payment provider Cashfree. It usually reaches you within 5 to 7 working days after approval.
