We confirm every complaint within 48 hours (complaints about a post within 24 hours) and resolve it within one month (posts within 15 days).

Delivery

Everything we sell is delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped.

Classroom: unlocked on your account (the email address you enrolled with) at classroom.lingopundit.com from the day your access starts. You receive a confirmation email right after paying.
Live Practice: you join every class from the Classroom: the Join button appears on My Classroom 15 minutes before the class. You also get a confirmation on WhatsApp.

If you have paid and have not received your confirmation email within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to us with your order number.
